Hosting a student from abroad can be an extremely exciting and rewarding experience. Of course the student will benefit greatly, but you are also likely to find that your life is being enriched by seeing your surroundings through someone else’s eyes. Our students are brave, young global thinkers. They choose to leave all that they know behind them for a while to go out and discover the world. Their courage and enthusiasm are inspiring. Our host families play a key role in this amazing growing up experience and gain a new family member. Every year we hear from families who are still in touch with students they hosted many years ago.

Of course teenagers can also present challenges. You will find that our expectations and procedures are very clear, which helps us all to work together. If problems come up, we are quick to respond, solution orientated and fair. The support your family receives is qualified and caring.
