Experienced with scholarship programmes

We understand that taking care of government scholarship students on high school programmes is complex. You need a partner agency in the UK you can trust to give you:

-Only schools rated Ofsted ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’.

-4 subjects as required in some states.

-Efficient processing of apostilles for convalidation.

-A maximum number of scholarship students per school.

-Smooth provision of lunch vouchers and bus passes.

-Single room guarantees.

-Extensive pre-departure online learning, so that students settle more quickly.

-Immediate reaction when concerns arise.

-Ability to welcome state officials who need to visit students.

-Accompanied flights if required.

We care about each student

We never lose sight of the fact that scholarship high school students should always be seen as individuals, even though they arrive in a group. We make sure they are treated with exactly the same care as all our other students. This includes, but is not limited to:

-Subject choices sent in advance.

-Interview and free language course as required.

-In-person seminar within a week of arrival.

-24 hour hotline and immediate, compassionate responses.

-Access to low cost trips and excursions.

As we have large numbers of students from Germany, Italy and Switzerland, we are well-positioned to integrate scholarship students arriving in groups in our international community which makes it easier for them to separate from their new friends from their home country and start to enjoy being in England, getting to know English students.

Process

  1. We send you a letter to confirm we have reserved spaces for you in the upcoming school year.
  2. We send a per student quote to include school, host family, transfers, orientation, 3 meals a day and bus pass.
  3. If your bid is successful, we confirm the cooperation.
  4. When you have the list of names, we simply require an excel sheet to schedule an online meeting with each student. We work with several coaches, so that all students can be seen on the same day.
  5. You know exactly when you will receive all placements – at SEE all placements are released on the same day – 6 weeks before arrival.
  6. We send you login details for each student account.
  7. Students all start the online courses at the same time.
  8. Students who need the language course, start one week after the placements are released.
  9.  SEE staff fly with your students or meet them at Heathrow or Gatwick.
  10. Students have a suitable period to settle and find their way around before starting school.
